Raining on your wedding
It is no doubt the biggest fear for all brides; yet, also inevitable to avoid. The Solution: Have an alternative indoor plan, or if there’s none, make lemonades out of lemons, prepare raincoats and umbrellas for your guests. And ready to take some ultimately romantic wedding pictures in the rain.
Where are the Parents?
Believed it or not, we have seen a lot of parents nowhere to be found just minutes before the ceremony! The Solution: Assign your coordinator or someone in the bridal party to make sure the parents are on site minutes before the ceremony.

The wedding cake is melting!
During hot summer days, we have seen melting wedding cakes, yikes! The Solution: While allocating tables with your planner, make sure that the cake table is not placed near windows, where the sun is facing.
Stuck in unexpected traffic!
Don’t be late at your own wedding. The Solution: Check in advance if your wedding date falls into any special event dates such as parades, or is the Blue Angels demonstration squadron is taking place that day.

A drunken guest
Is always no fun to deal with; he/she may say inappropriate languages, or do improper things, and then, it may become the most “remarkable reminiscence’ in your dream wedding … The Solution: Ask your coordinator or someone from the bridal party to keep an eye of the crowd at all times, if a drunken guest is spotted, quickly ask the venue/ caterer to offer a glass of water and a cold towel to freshen up the guest.
